This also allows you to plan for needed investments and upgrades.  These reports can be sent to our clients and their agents via email using PDF (Acrobat Reader) format.

We protect the interest of the client by providing a follow up or re-inspection at a reduced rate after repairs are performed. 

Residential Inspection
This is a comprehensive interior and exterior inspection for the home buyer wanting to know virtually every detail of the home. This extensive inspection covers hundreds of items from the foundation to the roof. It covers major systems such as: electrical, plumbing, appliances & HVAC. Our reports are a narrative, computer generated type that are customized for each particular home and will provide the client with valuable information to help them become more knowledgable regarding their purchase.  The average time spent on site performing the home inspection is two to three hours for a typical size home.  Here are a few key items which  are included in the inspection:
